We are delighted to announce that Real Estate Econometrics President and Chief Economist Dr. Sam Chandan has been appointed to the Real Estate faculty of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to his responsibilities at reeconometrics, Dr. Chandan will serve as an adjunct professor at Wharton, teaching the University's MBA class in Real Estate Investments this Fall and working with faculty colleagues in various aspects of his academic research.
Dr. Chandan has taught economics at Wharton and at Dartmouth College. He received his PhD from The Wharton School and was a Doctoral Scholar at Princeton University. Among his other academic affiliations, he is also a Visiting Scholar in Real Estate at the Zicklin School at Baruch College, City University of New York.
