KennMar has leased all available spaces in Harvest Landing Shops. This 15,743-square foot retail center is located on a 2.58-acre parcel within the Harvest Landing of Avon in Avon, Indiana. Construction began in March 2022 and was completed by December 2022. Tenants include Crumbl, Lou Malnati’s, Penn Station and First Watch.
The Harvest Landing development project by KennMar began in October 2020. It involved the assemblage and reorganization of almost 50 acres of land. Costco bought two parcels totaling 17.59 acres in early 2021 and built its fourth store in Indianapolis with a fuel station.
Bubba’s 33 purchased the 2-acre lot next to Harvest Landing Shops in August 2022 and began construction of the restaurant. Swenson’s signed an agreement for a ground lease in the second quarter 2022 and opened its first Indiana location in February 2023.
Raising Cane’s also signed ground leases for their first Indiana location and held their grand opening in November 2022.
Robyn Swihart is a commercial realty broker at Equivis and is responsible for leasing Harvest Landing Shops. She also acts as the listing broker for the remaining parcels.
