Caddis Partners(r), hosted a groundbreaking event to celebrate Frisco Medical Pavilion II. Caddis executives attended the celebration, which saw the Shovels go into action Friday, February 10, at 10:15 am. The new medical office building offers the opportunity to provide personalized patient care in Frisco’s rapidly-growing, vibrant community. The project will include a 60,000-square foot medical office building located at 12850 Dallas Parkway. It is expected to be delivered in the early 2024. This project is seeing a surge of healthcare demand from all specialties. The medical pavilion is located just north of Texas Health Frisco which opened in December 2019.
Frisco Medical Pavilion II, once completed, will be a Class-A medical office building with a lobby, elevator cabs with maximum gurney capacity, 20,000-square foot floor plates, and the ability to host an ambulatory surgery center on the first floor. The exterior features include a 15,000-square foot outdoor wellness area, exterior signage opportunities along the Dallas North Tollway and covered patient drop-off. There will also be on-site parking with a 5-to-1 ratio. Local medical firms are embracing the property and have secured several suites.
The property is located in North Texas’ highest-income city, as well as one the fastest-growing U.S. cities. It offers more than 250 dining and retail options within a radius of three miles. The project is managed by Transwestern Real Estate Services, (TRS).
