Alis Manoogian

She was elected the first female president Michigan’s chapter Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). CCIM is a professional organization of documented specialists in the investment and commercial real estate industries.
Manoogian will be the Michigan chapter’s spokesperson, and she will set its agenda. The chapter has more than 200 members in the past. She will establish the chapter’s future direction and work with the board of directors to achieve new goals and strategic initiatives that will drive chapter growth.

The new president has also set a goal to expand the chapter’s membership by introducing universities that offer commercial real estate programs to companies moving to Michigan. She also hopes to increase the value CCIM provides members through educational programming, industry connections, and other initiatives.
