Paul Noll has been promoted to preconstruction services manager at Kraus-Anderson Construction Company’s Duluth office. He will be leading the Duluth office’s efforts to improve efficiency and consistency in a project’s design phase, before construction begins.
Noll will be the preconstruction services manager and work with clients and other stakeholders to plan all aspects of the project. This includes developing cost estimates from concept to construction design phases, subcontractor engagement and identifying value engineering opportunities. Also, Noll will perform labor and resource analysis, project scheduling, and working with project managers to transition into construction phase operations.
Noll joined KA as a project manager in 2015. He has managed projects in a variety of building sectors, including K-12 education. His notable education projects include the Rock Ridge Public Schools of Virginia, Duluth Public Schools of Duluth and Pine Island Public Schools of Pine Island, Cook County Public Schools of Grand Marais, and St. James Public School, St. James, and the School District in Superior in Superior, Wisconsin.
Noll earned his B.S. Noll received his B.S. in Architectural Science from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce and Iron Range Economic Alliance, Laurentian Chamber of Commerce and Minnesota Builders Exchange.
