Jim Francois
McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. promoted Jim Francoisto to the position of project manager based at the company’s Omaha, Nebraska office.
Francois is now responsible for onsite construction on a variety of McCarthy building projects, including those in the education, healthcare, and science & tech sectors.
Francois joined McCarthy in 2018 as a project manager. He has been responsible for numerous building expansions and renovations throughout the region. His most recent projects include the Elliott Equipment Company headquarters, manufacturing facility, new Buena Vista High School, Beveridge Middle School for Omaha Public Schools and CHI Health Infusion Lab. He also oversees the renovation of the Nebraska Medical Center’s Olson Center for Women’s Health.
Francois’ current projects are the Durham Science Center, Roskens Hall STEM-TRAIL Center renovation at University of Nebraska Omaha and the new Administration Tower & parking garage at University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Francois received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in construction engineering technology.
Active community supporter, he has participated in numerous volunteer activities including leading a blood drive at McCarthy’s Omaha office for American Heart Association and pedaling the cause to support cancer research.
