Olive Tree Holdings, a mission-driven private investment company with a focus on real estate, unveiled a $6 million modernization plan at The Life at Creekside Reserve, a 320-unit garden-style apartment complex at 4514 Candletree Circle in Indianapolis.Improvements to the property are currently underway, with final completion slated for the third quarter of 2024.
The Life at Creekside Reserve, which is situated on more than 28 acres, is a gated community that includes 16 three-story buildings and 320 residents. It also has a two-story leasing office, daycare facility, and a leasing office.
The master plan includes roof replacements, new windows, doors, low flow plumbing upgrades and electrical upgrades. It also includes revamped grilling stations, new signage and paint. The property’s amenities, which include a clubhouse, gym, laundry facilities, and a soccer field, will also be upgraded.
Low flow plumbing retrofits have been a significant improvement to reduce the community’s energy consumption. LED lighting fixtures have also been converted to low flow. Both of these initiatives have significantly reduced the property’s water and energy consumption. In addition, improvements to the residence interiors and the community’s exterior facade, resident clubhouses, community sidewalks, community security system, electrical paneling, and community sidewalks are ongoing. A new playground is also being installed.
The Life at Creekside will soon be making improvements to its security gates and community roof. There will also be repairs to the laundry room, upgrades to the pavilion, soccer field and grill station, new fire stops, and construction of a brand new dog park.
