Officially, Highland Bridge Medical Office will be officially opened in St. Paul, Minnesota on March 7. The healthcare facility will open its doors to the public after it was completed in December 2022. Highland Bridge’s two-story, 60,000-square foot multi-tenant medical office building will serve not only the surrounding community but also the 8,500 residents who will be moving into the mixed use development in the coming decade.
The grand-opening ceremony at 2270 Ford Parkway will be held Tuesday, March 7, at 9:00 a.m. Ryan, the City of Saint Paul, and M Health Fairview will speak at the ceremony.
Highland Bridge Medical Office is 85% under 85% lease with M Health Fairview. M Health Fairview’s clinic is located on the second floor. A pharmacy is located on the first floor. The clinic will offer primary care services, including general pediatric care and family, women’s, and women’s health care. The community will have access to urgent care during extended hours and weekends.
M Health Fairview Rehabilitation Services will also be part the new space. They offer physical therapy and sports medicine. The M Health Fairview clinic at 2155 Ford Parkway was relocated to Highland Bridge Medical Office.
Dermatology Consultants will take up 12,000 square feet of the first floor. The practice will be moving from its Saint Paul location at 282 Snelling Ave. in May. The clinic will offer a full range of services, including general and cosmetic dermatology as well as skin cancer diagnosis and treatment.
LifeStance Health will be located on the first floor, and will offer comprehensive outpatient mental health care. Highland Foot and Ankle Clinic occupies 1,600 square feet on the first floor. It moved its practice from 2221 Ford Parkway. The clinic will provide comprehensive care for all members of the family and offer a variety specialized foot services.
RAYUS Radiology will be located on the second floor. It will occupy 6,400 square foot. This location, which is a national leader in advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology will be part the nationwide network 150+ freestanding imaging centres for RAYUS. Future healthcare tenants can still use approximately 8,000 square feet.
The Highland Bridge Medical Office is easily accessible from Highland Bridge’s other amenities, including parks, shops and other amenities. It was built in accordance with the sustainable building standards of the City of Saint Paul and is on track for a LEED Silver certification.
